Do any of you ladies out there remember, by any chance, 'Mood Lipstick'? This was a big deal in the 1980's, and I just thought of it for no reason whatsoever after what must be fifteen or twenty years.
It was basically a tube of this weird green colored lipstick that supposedly would change shades with your mood. But much like those famous 'Mood Rings' of the 1970's, my fancy, high-tech green lipstick did change, but it was always changed to the same color. Mine was always an obnoxious cherry red. Does this indicate that my mood was always 'feeling a little streetwalker-ish'?
Anyone out there remember 'Mood Lipstick'?

Kristen, YES, Love's Baby Soft! I think I went through three whole bottles of that the summer of 1982 when I spent the whole summer at the roller rink. I will never forget the smell of that stuff. I should go buy some for myself - they still sell it.
well, from the looks of the comments, it sounds like it was a body chemistry lipstick, for sure, since it was different for all of us. Funny that they still sell it, JenX, I had not heard of it in years!
me, me, me, I remember it! I had a tube and it turned a wierd fuschia color too.
Mine always turned an unflattering shade of hot pink!
