EBN OZN - AEIOU and Sometimes Y
I SO loved this song.
It was one of the best gimmicky songs of the 80's.
Once you heard it, it would stay in your head for the rest of the day, the melody popping up while you rode the school bus or tried to pay attention in Chemistry class. I am actually quite sorry to post it today, as some of you undoubtedly will be humming it incessantly throughout your day.
I had this album, 'Feeling Cavalier', and can't say I recall listening to any song on it but this one. But boy, did I listen to it! I can remember, even then, thinking that this song, and the lead singer, were kinda cool, kinda dorky, kinda stupid, and kinda funny all rolled into one. Make note in the video of his suede shoes with no socks, the Swedish teacher's big white earrings, and, of course, that rat-tail extension hanging from his head.
It looks like a rat died in his hairdo.

I don't remember this song, but I do remember Night Trax! That was pre-MTV! There used to be a similar show on HBO, but it was on in the mornings.
I vaguely remember Night Trax, atom, but the one I really watched was 'Friday Night Videos'. I think it may have aired a little later in the 80s than night Trax.
Hee hee. His yellow pants and tiny little loafers are making me physically uncomfortable.

miss pin, he just seems kinda NASTY now, LECHEROUS. Although I picked up on that as a kid, I can't believe it wasn't a huge turnoff to me! YUUUK!

Wow the hair!
I vaguely remember the music..I guess too many words to sink in in Italy..but I love the inconfundible 80's music..those sounds were magical!
And those hairs..brr!I remember combing them,and using half can of hairspray to keep them in place..so they were like a net, where on summer flies and mosquitos could get caught!
OMG. I totally remember that song!
